Joseph (Yossi) amassed extensive experience in the commercial sector before transitioning into property when he co-founded BYM Capital. He leads planning efforts for BYM Capital-owned sites, consistently maximising value through exploring planning opportunities and change of use. Joseph manages the full and effective development of sites from conception to completion. He also leads on the day-to-day management of Xone Kontrol, BYM Capital’s construction company.

Maayan is among BYM Capital’s longest serving team members, central to supporting the directors in setting up and scaling the business from its infancy. Maayan began her career in marketing for both established and start-up businesses across Israeli and European markets before moving into asset management. Maayan now focuses on driving BYM Capital’s communications and operations.

Jordan operates asset management for the BYM portfolio including overseeing the managing agents. He has substantial experience in asset management in the residential property sector having worked as a surveyor responsible for property, asset and facilities management for Arnolds Keys Estate Agent and surveying firm Mark Liell & Sons. Jordan achieved an MSc in Surveying from the University of Northumbria and is a chartered surveyor.

Alia plays a key role in leading on BYM Capital’s corporate finance, management reporting, investor analysis and monitoring, cashflow forecasting and corporate banking activities. She previously worked in the field of venture capital and financial advisory in the Middle East. Alia graduated from Imperial College London with an MSc in Investment & Wealth Management.

Oliver specialises in undertaking investment opportunity feasibility studies and their presentation to investors. He is also actively involved in the asset management of BYM acquired properties post completion. Prior to joining BYM, Oliver worked for Colliers International, Savills Frankfurt and JDX Financial Consulting. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School. Oliver is also multi-lingual with a BA Hons in French & German from the University of Bath and he has lived and worked in Paris, Berlin, Cologne and Frankfurt.

Ross is part of the finance team at BYM and is responsible for supplier maintenance, invoice process, bank reconciliations and client statement processing. Prior to joining BYM, he worked in the finance teams for Maris Interiors LLP and The Diocese of Westminster providing him with multi-faceted public and private sector experience. Ross is currently studying for his CIMA accountancy qualification.

Gil is responsible for all investment and corporate matters for BYM. During his career he has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, GLG, Pamplona Capital Management, CitiBank and J.P. Morgan. He worked for Citibank Israel as Head of Equity before relocating to London to become Head of Emerging Markets Equity Trading and Co-Head of CEEMEA Equity Product. He was directly responsible for Citi’s 19 Equity Traders throughout EMEA. Most recently Gil ran the J.P. Morgan Emerging Execution business where he led execution and risk-taking for emerging markets trades. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Baruch College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
