the origins
BYM acquired the B Sky B office complex in 2017 with the vision to transform the newly vacated office buildings into a stylish residential apartment scheme immediately adjacent to the new Sky Studios estate. the brief
The vision for the IconBlu scheme was to create properties that would appeal to working professionals in the Brentford area as well as commuters into Central London. It was intended that the scheme offer features that would genuinely improve the lives of residents. Uniquely for a London development, there is also substantial underground parking.
design philosophy
