A shopping centre in Bexley set back from the River Thames with 50 retail units and substantial parking provision.
BYM acquired the long leasehold interest in Erith Riverside Shopping Centre in Q3 2021 from Evolve Estates. The scheme originally opened in 2005. The shopping centre provides 193,145 sq ft of retail and leisure space featuring 47 retail units and a car park with 147 spaces. Key tenants include Wilko, Matalan, Iceland, Greggs, Specsavers and Card Factory.
There is significant development potential at Erith Riverside Shopping Centre. BYM Capital is exploring opportunities for a large scale, residential-led redevelopment and repositioning project in collaboration with the London Borough of Bexley.
