BYM acquired Astral Towers in mid 2021 from Colony Capital and Quidnet Partners. Astral Towers is an office building arranged over 118,673 sq ft across ground and seven upper floors. The property was extensively refurbished in 2012 and has also benefited from a recent 2017 phased refurbishment of the external cladding and replacement of the chiller.

management approach

Considering the significant income potential of the property, the asset will be managed by maintaining the existing operational structure and tenants. Occupiers include British Airways Holidays, Avios, Tesco, Concur, Elekta, Sulzer, Snap Aerdata and Westcon. The property also has a ground-floor Tesco supermarket and a Snap Fitness gym. While under management alternative uses of the site will be further explored.
